Crown & Bridge Fee Schedule

For crowns and bridges, quote requests go fastest when you name the restoration precisely rather than asking for a generic "crown price." Include the tooth position, restoration count, requested construction, shade, and any esthetic instructions.

How bridge units and pontics are counted

Ask for the complete bridge total alongside the per-unit breakdown. A pontic is not necessarily billed at the same rate as a retainer crown, and a bridge total is not simply the single-crown fee multiplied by the number of positions — the breakdown shows you exactly how each unit is counted.

Implant Restoration Fees

For dental implant restorations, the assembly determines the fee, so define it before comparing quotes. Send the implant system and connection details from your records, the restoration positions, and the requested retention. If a component reference is uncertain, flag it for review rather than letting an assumption become part of the order.

Ti-base crowns, screw-retained crowns, and custom abutments

When requesting a Ti-base abutment crown, screw-retained crown, or custom abutment, ask for the restoration and the components to be quoted as separate line items, and state which components you will supply versus which you want included. This makes proposals from different labs directly comparable — "implant crown" alone hides too many variables. An abutment-only order and an abutment-with-crown order are also different billing items; make clear which you mean.

Full-arch restorations and implant-supported overdentures

For All-on-4 or All-on-6 cases, specify whether the request is for a provisional or definitive restoration, the intended materials, and any trial stages you want quoted, then ask for a complete-arch breakdown separating restoration, components, and stages. For an implant-supported overdenture, identify the attachment arrangement and whether the enquiry covers the denture, the attachment components, the supporting structure, or the combined case. Full dentures and partial dentures

Describe the construction your prescription calls for — acrylic or flexible for full dentures, cast metal framework or flexible for partials — and name any specific system or material requirement (such as BPS or Valplast) explicitly so we can confirm it in writing before the work is approved. For cast partials, state whether the quotation should cover the framework alone or the completed restoration, and include any design instructions for review.

Functional appliances and space maintainers

Combination cases: fixed and removable elements

A combination-case enquiry should show how the fixed and removable work relate, with the requested design, available records, and any trial or approval stages. Ask for a quotation that prices each element and states the total scope of the combined case. Lab owners splitting work between their own team and ours should specify the handoff — what you send, what we manufacture, and the condition it comes back in — so a later design change has a clear reference point. What Is Not Included in the Per-Unit Price

Three cost categories sit outside the per-unit fee and should be confirmed in writing with every quotation.

Shipping and destination charges

Provide the delivery address and confirm whether the quotation includes outbound shipping, return shipping where relevant, and customs duties or taxes at the destination — and who is responsible for customs handling. Arrangements differ by country, so use your actual address rather than assuming one international shipping model applies everywhere.

Expedited work

If timing is critical, tell us the required arrival date and ask whether it is feasible, whether an expedited option is available, and whether it carries an additional charge. Request production timing, dispatch, and delivery as separately confirmed items.

Remakes, warranty terms, and prescription changes

Ask for the applicable remake and warranty terms before sending work — specifically how a manufacturing concern, a changed prescription, and new clinical records are each handled, since not every remake is free and not every change is chargeable. Keep the original prescription, approved changes, and quotation together so any later discussion refers to the same agreed scope.
